On Saturday, the American Cinema Editors hosted a panel of picture editors nominated for 2018 Oscars

The American Cinema Editors hosted its annual Invisible Art, Visible Artists panel, consisting of picture editors nominated for a 2018 Academy Award. From left to right, Alan Heim moderated; Tatiana Riegel, editor of I, Tonya; Jonathan Amos and Paul Machliss, editors of Baby Driver; Lee Smith, editor of Dunkirk; Sydney Wolinsky, editor of  The Shape of Water; and Jon Gregory, editor of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. The editors discussed their careers and showed clips of their favorite scenes. Before the doors opened, a line of patient audience members went around the corner, from the Egyptian Theater patio, onto the sidewalk along Hollywood Boulevard.
